I am a professional with many years of experience working with individuals, couples and youths. My clinical practice is varied and includes couple counselling, individual and family issues, addiction treatment, adolescent and child development.
My approach is holistic and client-centered. In therapy, I address the person, their daily challenges, and their environment. My goal is to assist clients in laying a foundation for healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. I build on the strengths of the person, and believe on the individual’s capacity to change.
My qualifications are:

- Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology, Carleton University
- Addictions Counselling Certificate, Algonquin College
- Alternate Dispute Resolution, University of Windsor
I have specialized training in Addiction Treatment from The Centre of Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Trauma treatment.
