Psychotherapy is an interactive process based on the unique relationship between a client and a therapist. The goal of therapy is to lead to change in one or more areas of the client’s life, such as a behaviour or an emotional state. Therapy can help an individual to explore themselves and the world about them, to become more aware of feelings, needs, desires, thoughts and to learn and grow.
Many people find they enjoy therapy and delight in the journey as they become more conscious of themselves, their inner world and their relationships. My goal as a therapist is to encourage and empower my clients so that they may deal with daily challenges in a new and more effective way.
